Mr. Fabian O. Sosa (OJ) “Disabled Veteran” is the Owner and CEO of Tactical Global Solutions Corp (TGS). He is a retired combat Veteran who served proudly in the United States Marine Corps for 23 years. He achieved the rank of Master Sergeant and retired from the 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion in Camp Pendleton where he served as the Operations Chief.
Upon retiring in 2008, OJ began his journey in the private sector where he quickly gained confidence and became inspired to start his own business. He started Tactical Global Solutions Corp. (TGS) in 2012. It is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Minority Owned Company, specializing in logistical solutions, supply chain management, and custom kitting in support of the armed forces. TGS is currently supporting the United States Marine Corps as well as other branches of the armed forces, numerous law enforcement agencies, federal agencies and 1st Responders with equipment, logistics, services and training. TGS further supports the military by recruiting from within the retiring and transitioning military communities for employment opportunities with TGS. TGS currently employs 55 people in support of USMC, of which 86% are retired or transitioning military.
OJ strongly believes in giving back to the community. In addition to offering employment opportunities to retiring and transitioning military, he also supports local charities. He currently accomplishes his goal of giving back by supporting two of the local non-profit organizations here in Temecula, the West Coast Drill Instructor Association and Warfighter Made. Both organizations are dear to his heart because of the work they do to help and support combat Veterans and their families.
OJ was born in Mexico and immigrated to the United States at the young age of 10 years old. Though he grew up in Los Angeles, he finished high school years in San Diego. He and his wife are high school sweethearts and have been married for 38 years. He has two children, Ulysses, who is currently serving on active duty with the United States Marine Corps and his daughter, Viviana, who volunteers for TGS.
When not working or volunteering, OJ maintains many relationships that he developed through the years of service to his country. His favorite pastime is spending quality time with his family.
